If the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, we will accept returns s regardless of the reason.
Return Service Conditions
・Please ship the return item within one week of receiving the product.
・Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
・The product price is refundable.
・Customs duties, VAT/GST, and other import taxes are non-refundable.
・Send all components (stones, parts)with your return.

Repair Warranty
We offer free repairs for one year from the date of purchase.
Repair Service & Related Costs
Repair / processing fee: covered by PICOLLET
Shipping cost to send the item back to Japan for repair: paid by the customer
Customs duties when receiving the repaired item: paid by the customer
After the repair is completed and we ship the item back to you, your local customs office may charge import duties based on the repair amount.
PICOLLET will cover the repair and processing costs carried out in Japan,
but any customs duties or other related charges imposed on the repair amount when you receive the repaired item are the customer’s responsibility.
*Even if more than one year has passed since your order, paid repairs are still available.
* If stones or parts are lost, additional charges will apply.

1). Mail
Please send us the item to be repaired (all stones and parts).

2). Repair
We will proceed with the repair as soon as the item arrives.
*Please allow approximately 2 weeks to 1 month for the repair period.
* Depending on the condition of the product, an exchange may be necessary.
3). Return
As soon as the repair is completed, we will send it back to your address.
