If the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, such as the design being different from what you expected, we will accept a return if you send it back to us within one week of receiving the product.

・Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

・The product price is refundable.
・Customs duties, VAT/GST, and other import taxes are non-refundable.
・Send all components (stones, parts)with your return.

	2. Return the product and the return sheet.
	3. Refund will be processed after the product arrives.

Repair Warranty

We will provide free repairs for one year from the date of your order.

* Even if more than one year has passed since your order, paid repairs are still available.
* If any stones or parts are lost, an additional fee will apply.

Repair Process

1). Mail In

Please send the item for repair (all stones and parts) to us cash on delivery.

* Please write "Repair Request" as the package item description.
* If you return it postage prepaid, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
* Please send it via a trackable shipping method.
* If the sender name is different from the name on the order, please include a note with the orderer's name.

2). Repair

Once the item arrives, we will proceed with the repair.

* Please allow about 2 weeks to 1 month for the repair period.
* Depending on the condition of the product, it may be replaced.

3). Return Shipment

Once the repair is complete, we will send it back to your address.

* There is no shipping fee for the return shipment either.
