Returns
If the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, such as the design being different from what you expected, we will accept a return if you send it back to us within one week of receiving the product.
・Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
・The product price is refundable.
・Customs duties, VAT/GST, and other import taxes are non-refundable.
・Send all components (stones, parts)with your return.
