かわいいモチーフの付いたピアスを付けたいのだが、小さい、回せない、回そうと思っても入っていかない

写真で見るより小さめの印象です。
本当に小ぶりなのでつけるのに一苦労しましたが、着けてみると軸と花の中心のダイヤが綺麗だし、オフィスに着けて行っても品がある雰囲気です。
つける時にネジがある部分をピンセットでつまんでバーベル側を回すと上手く着けることができました。
