Thickness: 16 gauge (diameter: 1.2mm) 
・16 gauge is a thickness suitable for standard earlobe piercings.

We recommend choosing a barbell length that is 1mm longer than the thickness of your piercing hole. If your piercing is newly done and may swell, we recommend adding another 1mm.
