Thickness: 16 gauge (diameter: 1.2mm) 
16 gauge is a thickness suitable for use with standard earlobe piercings.

We recommend a barbell length of piercing hole thickness+1mm. If you've just had your piercing and it may swell, we recommend adding another +1mm.
